Associate Professor Christine Stirling

Christine is a nurse researcher with a career long interest in improving healthcare through research. She is an Associate Professor Nursing at the University of Tasmania and Vice-President of the AAG National Board. She aims to improve the way we engage patients in decision, and support for people with dementia living alone. She has over 100 publications and has received over 1.8 million in research funding over her career. Christine has led research into expanded scope of practice, particularly into Nurse Practitioners in the field of gerontology.
